Job summary

Wolters Kluwer N.V. is seeking a Lead Technology Product Manager for CDS Adoption & Engagement Analytics to drive metrics across UpToDate CDS products. The role emphasizes adoption, engagement, funnel analysis, and actionable insights derived from product telemetry.

You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, Design, Analytics, Commercial, and Customer Success to translate data into practical recommendations and measurable improvements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product analytics, data analytics, or related roles.
• Strong ability to write SQL or equivalent queries.
• Experience analyzing adoption, engagement, funnels, cohorts, and usage patterns.
• Comfort with event-level telemetry and imperfect instrumentation.
• Experience building dashboards and self-serve analytics views.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain adoption, engagement, funnel, and usage metrics for CDS products.
• Query product usage data to analyze clicks, actions, user journeys, drop-offs, cohorts, segments, and patterns.
• Identify insights to inform roadmap priorities, UX improvements, and adoption strategies.
• Build dashboards and recurring views to monitor product performance and user behavior.
• Partner with Product Managers to define success metrics for launches, pilots, MVPs, and experiments.
• Translate analysis into clear recommendations for product, leadership, commercial, and customer-facing teams.
