Job summary

Wolters Kluwer Health’s UpToDate CDS team seeks a Lead Product Analyst to drive adoption and engagement analytics. You will quantify usage, measure funnels, and translate findings into actionable product recommendations across teams.

The role demands direct data interrogation, dashboarding, and cross-functional collaboration to inform roadmap priorities and improve clinician workflows. You’ll partner with product, engineering, analytics, and commercial teams to define success metrics for

Qualifications

5+ years in product analytics or related roles.
Strong SQL and data-querying skills.
Experience building dashboards and self-serve analytics.
Ability to translate data into actionable insights for teams.

Responsibilities

Define and maintain adoption, engagement, funnel, and usage metrics for CDS products.
Query product usage data to analyze clicks, actions, journeys, drop-offs, cohorts and segments.
Analyze which interactions drive downstream action and where workflows lose momentum.
Build dashboards and recurring views to monitor product performance and behavior.
Partner with Product Managers to define success metrics for launches and experiments.
Identify insights to inform roadmaps, UX, content, and adoption strategies.
Improve instrumentation and metric definitions for high-quality data.
Translate analysis into clear recommendations for product, leadership, and teams.
