Job summary

Wolters Kluwer Health's UpToDate CDS platform seeks a Lead Product Analyst to drive adoption and engagement insights across clinician workflows. You will query usage data, build dashboards, and translate findings into actionable recommendations for product teams and leadership.

You'll partner with Product, Engineering, Design, Analytics, Commercial, and Customer Success to define success metrics for launches, pilots, MVPs, and experiments, shaping roadmap priorities and improving adoption and

Qualifications

5+ years in product analytics or related role.
Strong SQL and data querying ability.
Experience with adoption, funnels, cohorts, and usage patterns.
Ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Experience building dashboards or recurring analytics reports.

Responsibilities

Define and maintain adoption, engagement, funnel, and usage metrics for CDS products.
Query usage data to analyze clicks, journeys, drop-offs, cohorts, segments.
Analyze what drives downstream action and where workflows lose momentum.
Build dashboards and recurring views to monitor product performance.
Partner with PMs to define success metrics for launches, pilots, MVPs, experiments.
Identify insights to inform roadmap priorities, UX content, and adoption strategy.
Improve instrumentation and metric definitions for high-quality data.
Translate analysis into clear recommendations for product, leadership, and teams.
