Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product analytics, data analytics, or related roles.
• Strong ability to write SQL queries independently.
• Experience analyzing adoption, engagement, funnel metrics and generating insights.
• Experience building dashboards and recurring reports.
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain data to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience partnering with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain adoption, engagement, funnel, and usage metrics for CDS products.
• Query product usage data to analyze clicks, actions, journeys, drop-offs, cohorts, segments.
• Analyze interactions that drive downstream action and where workflows lose momentum.
• Build dashboards and recurring views to monitor product performance and user behavior.
• Partner with PMs to define success metrics for launches, pilots, MVPs, and experiments.
• Identify insights informing roadmap, UX, content, commercialization, adoption strategies.
• Help improve instrumentation and metric definitions for high-quality data.
• Translate analysis into practical recommendations for multiple teams.
