Job summary

Wolters Kluwer Health is seeking a Lead Product Analyst focused on CDS adoption and engagement. You will partner with Product, Engineering, Design, Analytics, Commercial, and customer-facing teams to turn product data into clear insights and measurable improvements.

You will query usage data, build dashboards, and translate analyses into practical recommendations that shape roadmaps and product decisions. The role requires strong communication and a data-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• Ability to write SQL queries independently.
• Experience turning analytics into actionable product insights.
• Experience building dashboards and recurring reports.

Responsibilities

• Define adoption, engagement, funnel, and usage metrics for CDS products.
• Query usage data to analyze clicks, journeys, cohorts, and segments.
• Analyze which interactions drive downstream action and where workflows stall.
• Build dashboards to monitor product performance and user behavior.
• Partner with product teams to define success metrics for launches and experiments.
• Identify insights to inform roadmap, UX, and commercialization strategies.
• Improve instrumentation and metric definitions for reliable data.
• Translate analysis into recommendations for cross-functional teams.
