Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product analytics, data analytics, or related role.
• Ability to write queries independently using SQL or comparable tools.
• Experience analyzing adoption, engagement, funnels and usage patterns.
• Comfort with event-level product telemetry and data models.
• Ability to turn questions into structured analyses and actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain adoption, engagement, funnel, and usage metrics for CDS products.
• Query product usage data to analyze clicks, actions, journeys, drop-offs, cohorts, segments.
• Analyze what users engage with and which interactions drive downstream action.
• Build dashboards and recurring views for product teams to monitor performance.
• Partner with Product Managers to define success metrics for launches, pilots, MVPs, and experiments.
• Identify insights that inform roadmap priorities, UX improvements, content needs, commercialization, and adoption strategies.
• Help improve instrumentation and metric definitions for high-quality product data.
• Translate analysis into clear recommendations for product leadership and customer-facing teams.
