Pacific Life is seeking a Sr Correspondence Systems Analyst to join the CMD Tech Communications team in Newport Beach, CA. You will support customer communications for annuity product sales on CCM platforms, bridging business and technical teams to deliver compliant and timely correspondence.

You will work with analysts, developers, QA, and business partners to align requirements with regulatory and brand standards while improving customer experience across print, online, and email channels.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of systems analysis or business analysis experience supporting correspondence or document generation.
• Ability to translate business requirements into system-ready specifications for automated document generation.
• Experience working with cross-functional IT, Compliance, Product and Operations teams.

Responsibilities

• Translate requirements into system-ready logic, rules, and formatting specs for correspondence output.
• Support development of customer correspondence aligned with business and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with product, operations, and IT teams to ensure end-to-end CCM coverage.
• Assist in ensuring compliance and brand standards across communications.
