Pacific Life Insurance Company in Newport Beach, CA, seeks a Senior Systems Analyst for the Producer and Compensation Solutions team within Consumer Markets. You will help deliver systems supporting producer onboarding, compensation, contracts, and licensing while ensuring regulatory compliance and cross-functional collaboration.

The role requires 3+ years in systems/BA roles in financial services, strong analysis, and experience with Agile/Scrum.

Qualifications

3+ years of systems or business analysis in insurance/financial services.
Experience turning business requirements into detailed specs.
Knowledge of producer lifecycle: contracts, licensing, appointments, commissions, onboarding, credential management.
Experience with cross-functional teams: Operations, Compliance, Product Management, IT.

Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document requirements for commissions and bonus programs.
Translate complex business processes into functional and technical specifications.
