You will work with a fifteen-person CMD Tech Communications team to translate requirements into system-ready logic and formatting specs, ensuring compliant, timely correspondence across print, online, and email.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of systems analysis or business analysis experience supporting correspondence or document generation platforms.
• Ability to translate business requirements into system-ready specifications for automated document generation.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams (IT, Compliance, Product, Operations).
• Comfortable working in agile or hybrid delivery models.
• Familiarity with digital and print delivery channels and third-party print vendors.

• Accelerates new product delivery by supporting the development of customer correspondence that aligns with business and regulatory requirements.
• Improves customer experience through accurate, timely, and consistent communication delivered via print, online and email.
• Bridges business and technical teams by translating requirements into system-ready logic, rules, and formatting specs for correspondence output.
• Drives cross-platform alignment by collaborating with product, operations, and IT teams to ensure end-to-end coverage of customer communication management.
• Supports compliance and branding by ensuring all correspondence aligns with regulatory requirements and brand standards.
• Leverages insurance industry/technology experience and analytical skills to identify and communicate requirements.
