Job summary

Worky is seeking a Senior Engineer, Execution to lead CCaaS and UCaaS delivery for enterprise clients. You will translate business goals into technical solutions, drive architecture decisions, and collaborate with vendors and stakeholders through deployment phases to ensure a superior customer experience.

The role demands 7–10+ years in CCaaS design and implementation, strong cross-functional communication, and hands-on coding with JavaScript, Python, Java, and C++.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of CCaaS design, implementation, and enterprise delivery.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering.
• Experience with NICE CXOne and/or Genesys Pure Cloud is preferred.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end CCaaS/UCaaS deployment across complex programs.
• Translate client goals into architectural designs and actionable plans.
• Collaborate with vendors, internal teams, and PMO for delivery excellence.
• Develop and enforce best practices for coding, testing, and documentation.
