Job summary

RingCentral is seeking a Senior Professional Services Engineer to drive architectural planning and advanced functionality for RingCX and RCCC in enterprise call centers. You will lead technical deployments, integrate CRM systems, and ensure robust, scalable solutions across global customers.

Utilize your UCaaS/CCaaS expertise, design high‑level architectures, and mentor teams through implementation, while maximizing ROI and customer value.

Qualifications

• BS in a technical discipline or equivalent experience.
• 3–6 years in Professional Services Implementation.
• Experience with UCaaS/CCaaS environments and enterprise deployments.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical builds for RingCX and RCCC projects.
• Own data modeling and CRM integration for complex deployments.
• Map data models and architect system-to-system connectivity via REST APIs.
• Conduct UAT and end-to-end validation of custom architectures.
• Collaborate with PMs, Solution Architects and customer IT teams.
