Job summary

Acliviti is seeking a Senior Engineer to support CCaaS deployment programs and enterprise architecture for enterprise clients. You will translate business goals into scalable technical solutions, working with vendors and cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery.

You will lead design efforts, drive security and AI/NLP integrations, and mentor teammates while supporting ongoing transformation initiatives in a remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in CS/engineering preferred.
• 7-10+ years of CCaaS software design/implementation experience.
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills across stakeholders.
• Expert experience with NICE CXOne and/or Genesys Pure Cloud is preferred.
• Experience building reusable scripting and development templates.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex CCaaS deployment programs and enterprise architecture.
• Champion ownership, technical excellence, and continuous improvement across workstreams.
• Prioritize assignments based on capability, complexity, and client needs.
• Coordinate with vendors and teams to ensure solution alignment across phases of deployment.
• Lead technical consultation, strategy, and architectural roadmaps for CCaaS programs.
• Ensure documentation standards and support PMO status reporting and executive readouts.
