Job summary

Acliviti is seeking a Senior Engineer to lead complex CCaaS delivery programs, shaping the enterprise architecture and ensuring successful deployment across multiple platforms. You will work closely with clients, vendors, and internal teams to translate business goals into scalable technical solutions.

The role emphasizes ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement, with a remote-first culture and engagement across various client programs. A Bachelor's in CS/CE is preferred.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of experience in CCaaS software design and implementation.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science or computer engineering.
• Experience with NICE CXOne and/or Genesys Pure Cloud as priorities; other CCaaS platforms are beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Support complex CCaaS delivery programs with enterprise architecture expertise.
• Champion ownership, technical excellence, and continuous improvement across all workstreams.
• Lead end-to-end design of enterprise CCaaS architecture including omni-channel routing and analytics.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to ensure alignment and on-time delivery.
