Job summary

T2S Solutions is seeking a Maintenance Engineering Expert in APG, MD. The role focuses on maintenance engineering, RAM/CM, CBM+, and lifecycle sustainment for DoW/Army systems. You will translate requirements into practical sustainment strategies, maintenance plans, and decision-ready products.

The successful candidate will apply RAM/CBM+ concepts, provisioning, problem resolution, and fielded-system support to optimize readiness, availability, safety, and affordability across the lifecycle.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, logistics, systems engineering, or a related technical discipline.

Responsibilities

Maintenance Concept Development and Analysis
Develop and refine maintenance concepts for new, modified, and fielded systems.
Perform maintenance engineering analyses to determine levels, tasks, resources, and training requirements.
Use Level of Repair Analysis (LORA) and other tools to inform sustainment decisions.
Conduct logistics analyses to support operational availability and lifecycle sustainment.
Support CBM+ planning and diagnostics for maintenance decision support.
Identify improvements to reduce downtime and ownership costs.
