T2S Solutions is seeking a Manufacturing Production Engineering Expert in APG, MD. This role provides engineering, lifecycle-management, and program-support for DoW, Army, and DLA programs.

The candidate will analyze risks, coordinate across engineering, logistics, and suppliers, and improve readiness, affordability, and lifecycle outcomes. T2S emphasizes manufacturing-readiness, supply-chain resilience, and data management within a government-contractor environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing/industrial/mechanical or related engineering.
• 5–10+ years of manufacturing/production engineering experience.
• Strong knowledge of configuration management and technical-data handling.

Responsibilities

• Manufacturing Engineering and Production Support.
• Develop, integrate, and improve manufacturing systems and production capabilities.
• Conduct design studies, analyses, modeling, and producibility assessments.
• Prepare high-level and detailed technical specifications and production-support materials.
• Support CAD, design analysis, simulation, and modeling activities.
• Assess manufacturing readiness, capacity, tooling, facilities, and process maturity.
• Identify gaps and opportunities for improvement in production and quality.
