Job summary

T2S Solutions is seeking a Manufacturing Production Engineering Expert in APG, MD. The role provides technical, manufacturing, lifecycle-management, and program-support services for Army and DoD programs, focusing on production-readiness, supplier coordination, and lifecycle affordability.

The candidate will analyze risks, develop decision-ready documentation, and collaborate across engineering, logistics, and contracting to improve readiness and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing/industrial/mechanical or systems engineering.
• 5–10+ years in manufacturing/production engineering or defense sustainment.
• Experience with configuration management, technical-data management, and lifecycle governance.
• Familiarity with supplier coordination and production-readiness analyses.

Responsibilities

• Manufacturing Engineering and Production Support across programs.
• Develop and improve manufacturing systems, processes, and capabilities.
• Conduct analyses to evaluate manufacturability, cost, schedule, quality, and lifecycle performance.
• Prepare specifications, engineering docs, work packages, and production materials.
• Support CAD, design analysis, simulation, and modeling tasks.
• Assess readiness, capacity, tooling, facilities, and quality systems.
