T2S Solutions is seeking a Maintenance Engineering Expert in APG, MD. This role provides maintenance, RAM, CBM+, and logistics support for DoW and Army systems, translating requirements into sustainment strategies and actionable products.

The successful candidate will work on maintenance concept development, reliability analyses, and fielded-system support, with responsibilities spanning RAM, CBM+ planning, provisioning, and safety considerations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering, logistics, systems engineering, or related technical discipline.
5-10+ years of maintenance engineering or related experience.
Experience developing or assessing maintenance concepts, plans, or analyses.

Responsibilities

Maintenance concept development and analysis.
Develop and validate maintenance concepts using LORA, COMPASS, SESAME, and related tools.
Support CBM+ planning, provisioning, sparing, and logistics.
Analyze lifecycle sustainment costs and improve readiness and affordability.
Prepare decision-ready maintenance analyses and sustainment inputs.
