We are currently seeking a Senior Catering Sales Manager to join our team. As a Senior Catering Manager, you will develop market segments by soliciting new customer relationships, negotiating proposals and contracts, and closing business deals. You will creatively design menus and events to maximize revenue and enhance the event experience. Maintaining existing relationships with corporate and social accounts, fostering high-level service throughout all event phases, and managing complex social events are key responsibilities. You will also coordinate event logistics with relevant departments and serve as the primary contact for clients, supporting the Director of Catering and Events as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organize, plan, and prioritize duties by developing strategic plans and goals.
• Build and maintain client relationships, set and meet expectations, and demonstrate knowledge of systems and processes.
• Resolve conflicts, negotiate, and handle complaints effectively.
• Make informed decisions and solve problems efficiently.
• Ensure high-quality service through effective communication, guidance, and coaching.
• Participate in customer site inspections and support the sales process.
• Communicate promptly with clients via phone, email, or in person.

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of catering sales experience, particularly in local social catering and weddings.
• Experience supervising or managing at least one person.
• Experience selling events with 200-400 attendees.
