As Senior Catering Manager, you will develop market segments by soliciting new customer relationships and negotiating business through proposals and contracts to close deals.

What will I be doing?

Responsibilities include developing market segments, soliciting new customer relationships, negotiating contracts, designing menus and events to maximize revenue, maintaining relationships with corporate and social accounts, ensuring high-level service throughout all event phases, managing complex social events, coordinating logistics, and serving as the primary contact for clients. You may also support the Director of Catering and Events as needed.

Essential functions include:

  1. Organizing, planning, and prioritizing duties with clear goals.
  2. Building and maintaining client relationships, understanding job systems, products, and processes.
  3. Resolving conflicts, handling complaints, and negotiating disputes.
  4. Analyzing issues to make informed decisions and solve problems.
  5. Ensuring high-quality service through effective communication, guidance, and coaching.
  6. Participating in customer site inspections and supporting the sales process.
  7. Communicating promptly with clients via phone, email, or in person.
