Havana Central Times Sq. is seeking an experienced Catering Sales Manager to drive event and catering revenue in a fast-paced environment in Times Sq. The role collaborates with ownership, the executive chef, and marketing to secure new business and optimize client experiences.

The ideal candidate will have 2–5 years in hospitality sales management, a proven ability to close deals, and strong networking skills with hotels, concierges, and corporate clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 to 5 years sales management experience in hospitality or catering.
• Ability to cultivate new business relationships and maintain existing client contacts.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills; able to lead front-of-house operations.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate all aspects of event and catering contracts, including pricing and services.
• Prospect, cold/warm calls, set appointments, present proposals, follow up and close sales.
• Build in-house relations with hotels, concierges, and industry professionals.
• Coordinate marketing and networking initiatives to generate new business.
