Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years catering operations or event planning management.
• Experience in off-site catering, hotel, or cultural venue preferred.
• Experience with event orders, pull sheets, and timelines is ideal.
• Must be 18 years or older; strong client communication required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute catering events from start to finish.
• Oversee setup, execution, and breakdown of events with teams.
• Collaborate with Sales, Culinary, and other departments for flawless events.
• Manage equipment, inventory, and vendor coordination for events.
• Maintain client relationships and ensure high satisfaction.
• Lead budgets, cost control, and post-event analysis.
• Attend weekly planning meetings and communicate updates.
