SSA Group is seeking a Catering Supervisor to oversee all aspects of our off-site catering events. You will lead banquet staff, ensure high standards for food presentation, and collaborate with the catering management team to deliver seamless guest experiences.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple events with tight timelines. On-site work and varied hours are expected, with opportunities for growth within SSA Group.

Formación

• Two-three years catering operations and/or event planning experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• BEO knowledge and execution preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver warm, welcoming experiences for guests and clients.
• Oversee quality, product levels and inventory of catering offerings.
• Document and address staff performance per policies.
• Fulfill guest needs quickly and resolve complaints.
• Manage event setup, execution, and breakdown.
