Job summary

SSA Group is seeking a Catering Supervisor in Denver to lead on-site catering operations, ensuring 452 Hospitality standards for every guest and client. You will supervise staff, coordinate event setup, and oversee food presentation, inventory, and service execution.

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple events and adapt to varied hours, including weekends and holidays. Reports to Catering Manager(s).

Responsibilities

• Deliver warm, welcoming, and memorable guest experiences.
• Oversee quality, inventory, and product levels.
• Document and discipline staff per policy.
• Fulfill guest needs promptly and resolve complaints.
• Oversee event setup, execution, and teardown.
• Manage back of house and front of house duties for productivity.
• Interpret and execute BEOs to high standards.
• Maintain expert knowledge of menus and service techniques.
• Perform physical tasks including lifting and setup as needed.
• Supervise staff and train across departments.
• Manage rental orders, buffet cards, and event diagrams.
