Job summary

SSA Group in the United States is seeking a Catering Supervisor to lead on-site event operations, supervise staff, manage inventory, and ensure warm, welcoming guest experiences across the brand’s venues.

You will interpret and execute BEOs, oversee front and back-of-house duties, and collaborate with the catering management team to deliver high-quality service. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and flexibility for evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Two-three years catering operations and/or event planning experience preferred.
• BEO knowledge and execution preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with client-facing experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee quality, product levels and inventory of product.
• Lead and train staff for all departments during events.
• Interpret and execute BEOs to high standards.
• Manage setup, execution, breakdown and cleanup of catered events.
• Resolve guest complaints quickly and effectively.
