Job summary

SSA Group, LLC. is seeking a Catering Lead in Colorado with 1–2 years of catering experience to manage event operations and guest service. You will supervise staff, coordinate with kitchen and service teams, and ensure flawless execution of buffets, breaks and meals according to BEOs.

Role emphasizes strong communication, problem solving, and the ability to adapt to fast-paced events, holidays, and varied hours while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• One to two years of catering experience preferred.
• BEO knowledge and execution preferred.
• All educational backgrounds are eligible.

Responsibilities

• Live out 452 Hospitality by delivering warm, welcoming, and memorable experiences for every guest and client.
• Oversee quality, product levels and inventory of product.
• Fulfill guest’s needs quickly and efficiently and resolve complaints effectively.
• Oversee setup, execution, breakdown, and cleanup of buffets and events.
• Lead communication between back-of-house and front-of-house for timely service.
• Supervise staff and ensure high standards during events.
• Interpret and execute BEOs to organization standards.
• Explain menus and service techniques to staff and guests.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Adhere to company policies and safety practices.
