Responsibilities

• Grow catering market segments: solicit new client relationships, develop proposals, and negotiate contracts to close new business.
• Cultivate client relationships: maintain strong connections with existing corporate and social accounts to secure repeat business.
• Create exceptional experiences: design creative menus and catered events that maximize revenue and elevate the guest experience.
• Oversee event coordination: manage event documentation, transitions, and serve as primary client contact for seamless execution.
• Guide team performance: communicate requirements and coach to ensure high-level service.
