Hilton in Boston is seeking an Assistant Director of Catering to lead the hotel's catering function and deliver memorable experiences that elevate guest satisfaction and brand standards.

You will partner with sales, operations, and suppliers to implement strategic catering initiatives, mentor a high-performing team, oversee budgets and staffing, and ensure flawless events that reflect Hilton's light and warmth.

Responsibilities

• Implement strategic catering initiatives and continuously refine processes to deliver high quality, best-in-class experiences
• Provide hands-on leadership in catering operations, engaging with internal stakeholders, guests, and suppliers
• Serve as a catering SME, stay current on event trends, and represent Hilton in professional associations
• Partner in sales support efforts, participate in client site inspections to drive catering business growth
• Support financial management by overseeing budgets, forecasting, and cost reporting while optimizing staffing and resources
• Champion company culture by fostering a guest- and team member-centric environment and engaging with colleagues
• Develop and guide talent by supporting career growth initiatives, mentoring team members, and maintaining an open-door policy
