Amazon.com Services LLC’s US 3P Selling Partner team seeks a Category Performance Manager to own end-to-end seller businesses in Hardlines and drive high-visibility, strategic projects across internal teams.

You will lead product, program, and process enhancements to fuel long-term growth and improve the customer experience, expanding selection and availability while building strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience across business development, account management, product or project management, financial analysis or marketing.
• Experience leading analysis, customer segmentation and product behavior analysis.
• Strong data-driven decision making and ability to influence senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end seller businesses within the Hardlines categories.
• Drive product, program, and process enhancements to support growth and customer experience.
• Expand product selection and improve availability.
• Build strong internal and external partnerships and influence across teams.
