Amazon is seeking a Category Merchant Manager III to own a significant portion of a category's performance, blending analytical rigor with creative problem-solving to drive growth. You will develop strategies, manage vendor relationships, and partner with marketing, supply chain, finance, and product teams to optimize customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• 5+ years of experience in business development, account management, product management, project management, financial analysis or marketing.
• Experience leading analysis, customer segmentation and/or product behavior analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute category strategies by analyzing financial performance, market trends, and customer insights.
• Manage vendor and supplier relationships, including negotiating terms and evaluating performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive category initiatives and remove blockers.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex projects, identifying risks and making trade-offs.
• Mentor and develop team members while modeling best practices in category management and analytics.
