Amazon in Seattle is seeking a Senior Vendor Manager to own categories end-to-end, including forecasting, partnerships, and profitability. You’ll work cross-functionally with supply chain, finance, and ads to drive growth and durable results.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in account/program management, strong data analytics, and P&L experience. A self-starter with customer focus and a can-do attitude will thrive in this fast-paced retail environment.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of account management, project or program management or buying experience.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Access or SQL.
• Experience driving internal cross-team collaboration.
• Experience using data to influence business decisions.
• Experience with business analysis and P&L management.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the business owner for assigned categories, owning forecasting, monitoring, understanding and reporting on the business, and driving projects and promotions to achieve objectives.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to inform strategy and opportunities.
• Maximize profitability and expansion opportunities for selection.
• Advocate for customer needs and drive site features for an optimal shopping experience.
• Manage vendor relationships and contracts; negotiate marketing funds.
• Create business plans for opportunities and execute project launches for new features.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders to meet deadlines.
• Conduct financial analysis to meet revenue and profitability targets.
