Mobilitas, a CSAA-backed commercial insurance venture, is hiring a Sr. Supervisor, Commercial Casualty Claims - Remote.

You will supervise complex auto and commercial injury claims across multiple states, including litigation file handling, and you will guide coverage decisions and settlement authority. This role involves leading claims teams virtually, overseeing staffing, budgets, and process improvements, while collaborating with partner clubs and maintaining high service levels.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of casualty or bodily injury supervisory experience in a claims environment.
• Must hold an adjuster license for all applicable states or obtain license(s) within 90 days of filling position as a condition of employment.
• Experience handling Commercial Auto, Rideshare, and/or TNC claims is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Oversees the investigation, evaluation, negotiation, and conclusion of claims.
• Directs, supervises, and evaluates workflow of claims.
• Monitors goals and targets for staff in support of department strategy, ensures department goals and objectives are met.
• Provides technical expertise to adjusters. Reviews files with adjusters for coverage issue resolution, liability outcomes, proactive follow-up, and settlement authority.
• Oversees the daily operations of the business unit as well as multiple shifts in an operation that is open up to 7 days per week.
