Qualifications

• 3+ years of casualty or bodily injury supervisory experience in a claims environment.
• Technical experience handling claims relevant to adjuster role(s) supervised.
• Must hold an Adjuster license or obtain within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Oversees investigation, evaluation, negotiation, and conclusion of claims.
• Directs, supervises, and evaluates workflow of claims across states.
• Monitors goals and targets for staff and ensures department objectives are met.
• Provides technical expertise to adjusters and reviews files for coverage resolution and liability outcomes.
• Manages phone queues and allocates resources for efficient operation.
• Leads process improvements and ensures high-quality service levels.
• Oversees staffing levels and collaborates with other departments on projects.
• Assists with recruitment and hiring decisions and budget oversight.
