Job summary

Mobilitas, a Mobilitas Insurance Group company created by CSAA Insurance Group, is hiring a Sr. Supervisor, Commercial Casualty Claims - Remote to lead complex auto and commercial injury claims across multiple states.

You will supervise first and third party claims, guide adjusters, approve settlements, manage staffing and budgets, and collaborate with brokers and partners while upholding regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of casualty or bodily injury supervisory experience within a claims environment.
• Technical experience in handling claims relevant to adjuster role(s) supervised.
• Must hold an Adjuster license for all applicable states or obtain license within 90 days.
• HS/GED or 3-year virtual customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversees investigation, evaluation, negotiation, and conclusion of claims.
• Directs, supervises, and evaluates workflow of claims.
• Monitors goals and targets for staff in support of department strategy; ensures goals met.
• Provides technical expertise to adjusters; reviews files for coverage resolution.
• Manages phone queues and participates in committee reviews for specialty.
• Produces QA reports and supports recruitment and hiring decisions.
• Acts as claims liaison with partners; oversees catastrophe response.
• Leads leadership, culture, and performance management initiatives.
