Job summary

You will oversee investigation, negotiation, and settlement decisions, guide adjusters, manage staffing and budgets, and collaborate with partners to ensure high-quality service while navigating regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of casualty or bodily injury supervisory experience.
• Active Adjuster license for all applicable states or obtain within 90 days.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; CPCU/ICAR designations are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversees investigation, evaluation, negotiation and conclusion of claims.
• Directs, supervises and evaluates workflow of claims across multiple states.
• Provides technical expertise and sets settlement authority; manages staffing and budgets.
• Acts as liaison with partners, brokers, and customers to maintain relationships.
• Ensures compliance with policy, regulatory, and DOI requirements.
