Fond du Luth Casino seeks a Marketing department staffer to assist guests and employees on the gaming floor, promoting the Players Club and tracking guest activity. You will manage enrollments, issue club cards, and explain usage while coordinating with gaming departments.

You will also document guest interactions, gather feedback, and support a flexible schedule. A positive, professional demeanor is required in a busy, on-site environment.

Qualifications

• High school Diploma or a GED.
• Two years of experience in gaming (preferred).
• No Driver’s License required.
• Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsabilités

• Acts as a resource to guests and employees.
• Promotes the success of the Players Club and explains benefits.
• Observe, track, and review play in the player tracking system.
• Record information on new guests and upgrades daily.
• Compile guest feedback for management on a weekly basis.
• Be on call with a fluctuating schedule to meet needs.
