Responsibilities

• Identify players and cultivate relationships with guests.
• Greet guests, enroll new members in the Player's Club, explain benefits.
• Encourage use of the Player's Club Card.
• Accurately record guest transactions and redemptions.
• Remain knowledgeable about casino events and promotions; assist as requested.
• Maintain confidentiality and demonstrate courtesy to guests and coworkers.
