Potawatomi Casino Hotel is seeking a friendly Players Club Host to welcome guests, promote membership, and explain club benefits. You’ll help guests sign up, share information about promotions, and assist with events on the casino floor, creating a memorable guest experience.

The role emphasizes high-volume customer service, strong interpersonal skills, and adherence to casino policies while helping drive club engagement and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in high-volume customer service.

Responsibilities

• Promote the Players Club by attracting new members and providing excellent guest service.
• Greet guests warmly and respond to their needs.
• Explain club benefits, issue cards, and show guests how to use them.
• Provide accurate information about the casino, promotions, and amenities.
• Create and update guest accounts while keeping information secure.
• Spend time on the casino floor signing up new members and promoting the club.
• Help with marketing efforts and assist during events and giveaways.
• Provide limited complimentary items or services to guests.
• Sell and issue Bingo gift certificates.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
