Job summary

Silver Strike Investments LLC is seeking a guest-focused professional to lead marketing functions, execute promotions, and implement marketing programs that promote the brand and vision. The role covers 80% marketing activities (Weekend Promo and Admin) and 20% casino floor duties (Cage/MOD).

You will ensure guests feel welcome, promote promotions, manage data input for players, and support casino operations with accuracy and professionalism.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Casino Management experience preferred.
• Must be able to communicate effectively in verbal and written English.

Responsibilities

• Promotes the Player's Club and Casino promotions.
• Assists managers with input of sensitive data into players' accounts.
• Maintains inventory and promotional materials.
• Control cash handling in the cage and on the casino floor with proper reconciliation procedures.
• Assist in casino marketing, advertising and promotional activities and campaigns.
• Attend management meetings.
• Must have excellent customer relations and communication skills.
• Experience with digital media, internet and social networks to grow brand recognition and loyalty.
