Responsibilities

• Service existing players through phone calls, emails, and casino-floor interactions.
• Enroll new players club members and promote loyalty programs.
• Resolve player comments and or complaints with professionalism.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer files, habits, and marketing data.
• Represent the company professionally in all guest interactions on and off property.
• Attend all required training and adhere to uniform and grooming standards.
• May work days, nights, weekends and holidays.
