Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with a high school diploma or GED and 1–2 years cashiering experience with leadership training.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Outgoing, friendly demeanor and strong customer-service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction and support to Cashiers and Courtesy Clerks to ensure excellent customer service.
• Assist customers with register-related issues.
• Plan store sweeps, monitor cash register supplies, and maintain cleanliness of restrooms and parking lots.
• Maintain visibility of exit doors for security and loss prevention.
• Schedule and oversee meal and rest breaks per policy and state requirements.
• Assist in hiring and training new Cashiers and handle disciplinary actions.
