The role requires 1-2 years cashiering experience with leadership exposure and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Strong communication and teamwork are essential for success at Sprouts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and 1-2 years cashiering with leadership training.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of cashiers and assist with operational issues.
• Provide direction and support to Cashiers and Courtesy Clerks to ensure excellent customer service.
• Assign store sweeps, monitor cash register supplies and maintain cleanliness in restrooms and parking lots.
• Oversee loss prevention and security by monitoring exit doors and cash handling accuracy.
• Schedule and ensure proper meal/rest breaks in compliance with policy and state law.
• Assist in hiring and training new Cashiers; address disciplinary actions as needed.
