Job summary

Sprouts Farmers Market in Knoxville, TN seeks a Head Cashier to lead a fast-paced front-end team and deliver exceptional customer service.

You will supervise cashiers, assist with store operations, hire and train new staff, and ensure schedules comply with company policy. Flexibility to work nights and weekends is required.

Must be 18+, have a HS diploma or GED, and 1–2 years cashiering experience with leadership training; strong cash handling and math skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED and 1–2 years of cashiering experience with leadership training.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

• Ability to operate front-end equipment: register, calculator, scanner.
• Strong numerical and cash handling skills.
