Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services required.
• 0–6 months of related experience preferred.
• Familiarity with NYC resources and veterans is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and electronic case management systems.

Responsibilities

• Utilize CTI, Motivational Interviewing, and Harm Reduction to assist veteran families with housing crises.
• Conduct assessments and intakes, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance.
• Develop and update housing stability plans to secure permanent housing.
• Provide case management through office, fieldwork, and home visits.
• Advise on resources; mediate disputes; coordinate with community providers.
