Job summary

Jericho Project in Manhattan is seeking a Case Manager to provide rapid re-housing services to veterans, young adults, and singles. You will manage a caseload of about 18–20 participants and maintain regular contact through meetings, calls, and electronic communications.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in social services or related field and strong organizational, writing, and computer skills. This is a non-exempt, on-site position with a salary between $53,000 and $55,000 annually.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social services or closely related field.
• 0–6 months experience in homelessness, substance abuse, mental health or trauma settings preferred.
• Strong organizational, writing and computer skills; ability to work with high-need participants.
• Knowledge of NYC resources preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide rapid re-housing services to veterans, young adults and single adults.
• Maintain a caseload of approximately 18–20 participants with regular contact.
• Conduct intake assessments, document in the electronic system, and update notes.
• Coordinate with landlords, brokers and URRH housing specialist to secure housing.
• Offer crisis intervention and post-placement support as needed.
