Job summary

Jericho Project is seeking a Rapid Resolution Coordinator in Manhattan to support low-income veteran families facing homelessness or at imminent risk. The role combines case management with supervisory duties for junior staff, emphasizing housing stability and collaboration with community resources.

The position reports to the Senior Assistant Program Director and offers an exempt status with a compensation of $66,300 annually.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services required; 0–6 months of related field experience preferred.
• Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with HUDVASH and supportive housing initiatives is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Critical Time Intervention, Motivational Interviewing, and Harm Reduction to assist veteran families in resolving housing crises.
• Conduct assessments and program intakes, ensuring data and documentation are accurate and compliant.
• Develop and update housing stability plans to help veterans obtain and maintain permanent housing.
