Job summary

Ignite Human Capital LLC is seeking a senior Case Manager to oversee complex litigation matters with a lead paralegal role. You will coordinate among attorneys, clients, outside counsel, paralegals, and vendors, drafting materials and managing budgets for high-volume cases.

The position focuses on product liability, mass tort, and class actions, with readiness for depositions, trials, and mediations, in a hybrid U.S. office setup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a paralegal or legal field required.
• 10+ years of paralegal experience in complex litigation.
• Experience leading legal teams on product liability, mass torts and class actions.
• Lead paralegal experience preferred; California Paralegal requirements noted for CA postings.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex cases and matters with effective workflows and tracking.
• Coordinate among attorneys, clients, outside counsel, paralegals, and vendors.
• Draft legal documents and correspondence for attorney review.
• Support product liability, mass tort, and class action matters.
• Prepare for depositions, hearings, trials, arbitrations, and mediations.
• Oversee case staffing, budgets, and vendor relationships.
