Expertise in product liability, mass tort, and class actions is essential. The Case Manager will manage budgets, workflows, and document production, ensuring timely handling of depositions, hearings, and trials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies, Legal Studies, or related field
• 10+ years of paralegal experience in complex litigation
• Experience with product liability, mass tort, and class actions
• Prior experience as lead paralegal or managing complex teams preferred
• California-based paralegals must meet CA Paralegal requirements

Responsibilities

• Manage complex cases with procedural and factual oversight
• Coordinate with attorneys, clients, outside counsel, paralegals, and vendors
• Draft legal documents and correspondence for attorney review
• Lead paralegal team and supervise case assistants and coordinators
• Oversee budgets, staffing, resources, and workflows across matters
• Develop checklists and processes to improve efficiency
• Mentor associates and paralegals and train legal teams
• Interact extensively with clients and serve as a primary contact
