Qualifications

• California-based paralegals must meet applicable California Paralegal requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex cases and matters across factual and procedural perspectives.
• Coordinate with attorneys, clients, outside counsel, paralegals, and vendors.
• Draft legal documents, correspondence, and summaries for attorney review.
• Support product liability, mass tort, and class action matters.
• Prepare for depositions, hearings, trials, arbitrations and mediations.
• Apply knowledge of federal, state, and local court rules and filing procedures.
