Qualifications

• Experience supervising staff in housing programs with youth.
• Minimum 1 year case management with youth experiencing homelessness.
• Knowledge of trauma-informed, culturally responsive practices.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee SH, ROP, SAP and RRH case management services.
• Provide reflective supervision and professional development.
• Coordinate with Residential Managers and Coordinated Entry.
• Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with HMIS and contracts.
• Promote housing stability and youth-centered care.
• Partner with community resources to support long-term outcomes.
