Job summary

Safe Place for Youth in Venice, CA is seeking a Case Management Supervisor for the Access Center to oversee daily case management operations and staff supervision. The role requires coordination with Housing Navigators and partners to ensure compliant, high-quality service delivery.

You will supervise a team, implement workflows, monitor outcomes, and ensure alignment with program goals. The position is full-time and on-site, with occasional evenings or weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or comparable experience in social services.
• 3–4 years case management with unhoused and at-risk youth required.
• 1–2 years supervising direct service staff preferred.
• Experience coordinating with LA-based housing resources and community partners preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and supervise case management workflows in compliance with state and federal requirements.
• Support day-to-day Access Center operations and site monitoring.
• Supervise staff delivering case management, housing navigation, and problem solving.
• Administer problem solving funds and financial assistance.
• Review case notes and service plans to ensure high-quality care.
• Coordinate with external agencies and community partners to align services.
